What file formats do you accept for print?
We accept TIF, PDF, PSD, AI, JPG, PNG AND EPS
What should the resolution be (dpi)?
You should submit artwork that is at least 300dpi unless it is for use strictly on the internet, then it should be 72 dpi.
Do you offer templates?
Yes, please email a request for a template to: design@dvlarue.com
How long does it take to get a print order?
Turn around times vary, please submit a price quote request and we will give you a time frame.
What is offset printing?
Offset printing is a commonly used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. The benefits include a consistent high image quality, meaning sharp and clean images.
What color mode should I submit artwork in?
All color artwork should be submitted in CMYK if it is for print and black and white artwork should be submitted in grayscale color mode. If your artwork is for a website, or for internet marketing purposes, you should submit your design in RGB at 72 dpi.
Can I get a proof?
Yes, you can get a proof on request.
What if I want a paper choice that isn't listed on the site?
We can print on any paper of your choice. The choices listed on the site are the most common.
Can you do embossing, foil, die cuts and other specialty services?
Yes, we are able to provide those services. Please fill out a quote request for pricing.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a small fee for shipping based on your location. However, local pick up and delivery are available at no charge.
